Winkle Krystal Collection, just like their industry leading PET-G but now a new range with new colours and a crystal like finish.
Winkle produce PETG filament (1.75mm or 2.85mm) in Spain for 3D printers using FFF/FDM technology. PETG stands for polyethylene terephthalate that has been chemically changed using a modifier called glycol to make it more transparent, less brittle, and simpler to print.
With the distinctive property of melting at a higher temperature, our PETG outperforms ABS in terms of resistance and ease of printing. Regarding PLA, it is more thermally and physically robust, making printing with it more difficult.
PETG is distinguished by having excellent mechanical qualities. In comparison to PLA, it is more elastic, more impact-resistant, has better layer adhesion, and is temperature-resistant.
Winkle's thorough quality control allows them to guarantee a constant diameter throughout the winding, which will result in prints of significantly greater quality and prevent machine jams. Similar to this, their method ensures that there are no chemical contaminants that could change the product's physical, chemical, or aesthetic attributes.
This product is packaged in a sealed bag to shield it from moisture and UV radiation in order to keep its qualities. This makes PETG an ideal and reasonably priced material for your applications that demand an improvement in quality above traditional PLA.
