  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable postal service

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

D. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit

F. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method only
